The background is simply awesome, it looks like stars-covered sky to me. I like her pose too, it makes her look a bit like prankster. Her hair style is great too, but I feel that highlights in her hair are a bit too strict. Black goes directly into white area, with practically none shading. Maybe it would look better if it turned to gray first and then to white, if you really want extreme white highlights in black hair.
