At first, I thought that Josie was crying. Especially bright in her eyes made me think so. Actually, shining in her hair and eyes is a little too strong and may distract a viewer from more important parts of the drawing... Just saying my opinion. So... as always in your art, I see cuteness. Hearts + girl + cat = cuteness. That's the formula of this picture.
